Feet and Body Aches? Here are tips that are safe and easy to do at home

After a day of activities, of course, the body feels tired and tired, right? Especially for those whose jobs are always monotonous standing, walking, or just sitting. Surely the feet feel very sore. Here are tips to get rid of stiff legs. Not only to get rid of soreness. However, it can also be used to beautify the soles of the feet.

Here are healthy tips after a day of work or walking:  

1. Prepare materials

  • A handful of tea leaves

Prepare enough tea leaves. It can be fresh or dried.

  • 3 tbsp cloves

Cloves are a spice with a distinctive smell, usually used in tobacco blends or when cooking. The point is to create a distinctive taste. You can find this granular shape in spice shops.

  • 5 lemongrass stalks

This plant has many benefits. There are compounds of Magnesium, Potassium, Iron and B vitamins.

  • 5 tbsp Epsom Salt or Epsom Salt

This is not for consumption but dissolved in water and will seep through the pores into our body. This salt contains magnesium compounds which when mixed with warm water can penetrate the body.

 

2. Prepare a basin and water container

 
Prepare a large basin where we can accommodate both of our feet. Then pour enough water, in order to get warm water.



3. Put all the ingredients

 
Put all the ingredients: tea leaves, cloves, lemongrass, and Epsom salt in the basin provided. Pour cold water then the hot water lands to get the desired warm.



4. Soak your feet

 
Soak your feet to the desired extent. Feel the sensation of relaxation that is sure to make you feel comfortable. Can be massaged slowly and feel the difference.



5. Wipe with a clean cloth or towel

 
So that the feet don't get damp, then wipe them with a towel or rag that can absorb water well. Your feet will also look good, not smelly, of course, far from cracked.


This therapy can also be used for the body, soaking the whole body to take a bath because these spices and English salts will work to eliminate toxins in the body. English salt is also believed to be a stress reliever and a relaxing ingredient. It can also be used to neutralize blood pressure. Likewise, the content in lemongrass which contains Magnesium and Potassium compounds is useful in regulating muscle, heart and nerve function.
