- eat regularly
- do physical activity
- divert your mind from the food you crave
- add healthy foods in the diet consumed
- avoid raw foods
Pregnancy is prone to cravings, but that doesn't mean mommies can over-consume all types of food. While pregnant with mom the increase in body weight is also considered normal. But it is precisely after giving birth that instead of decreasing, it is increasing.
